Villa Sunyer is a luxury villa for up to 8 people, located next to Playa d'em Bossa.

Villa Can Sunyer is a beautifully renovated mansion close to the beaches of Las Salinas and Cala Jondal. This spacious and elegant country house is located on top of a hill in an area of absolute tranquillity, between Ibiza and San Josep, and just a few minutes away from Ibiza town and some of the most beautiful beaches of the island, such as Las Salinas, Es Cavallet, Sa Caleta and Cala Jondal. This large villa was completely renovated in 2015 and has five bedrooms and two full bathrooms on two levels, so it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. In front of the house there is a large swimming pool, an outdoor dining area, several terraces offering different possibilities of use and a barbecue. The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and has a private terrace.

Villa Sunyer consists of two levels:

On the ground floor:

There are 2 large bedrooms with king-size beds.
There is a fully equipped bathroom and kitchen.
There is also a living room with comfortable sofas and a large table that can be joined together.

On the first floor:

3 double and large rooms with single beds
2 fully equipped bathrooms

Outside:

There is a large swimming pool with several sunbeds to spend a day in the sun enjoying the tranquillity of the countryside.
A barbecue corner. Great for having lunch together or dinner with the sunset.
